No. You can either come in person, include a prepaid envelope for return with your application or ask someone to pick up your passport on your behalf. The person must have a written authorization from you and a photo ID.

No. Although we can receive packages from courier services such as DHL, Fedex, Purolator or UPS, we do not mail passports back with courier services. You must include a prepaid return envelope from Canada Post (XpressPost or Priority Courier only).

You can mail everything in one envelope. Please ensure each application has its own set of documents (with copies of flight itinerary/financial information in each application) and the payment is included.
