HOLIDAY HOURS:
The Consulate General will be closed on Monday, May 24th, for Victoria Day Holiday. We will resume regular hours on Tuesday, May 25th.
FOR AFTER-HOURS EMERGENCIES, call the Consulate and leave a message. We check the messages from time to time.
It's not considered emergency: concession or replacement of expired or lost/stolen passport, information about visas and its processing time, and any other routine services. If you need an information not available on our website, send us an email.
ATTENTION: EXCEPTIONALLY ON FEBRUARY 25th, OUR BUSINESS HOURS WILL BE FROM 12PM TO 3PM. THE CONSULATE-GENERAL WILL RESUME REGULAR HOURS (FROM 10AM TO 1PM) AFTER THAT.

not confirm the receipt of documents neither checks the status of any
process over the phone or email.
